Great response and engagement by Ven. Packing team brilliant too. The only improvement to pick if any is the delivery service at end destination, they are brilliant but there are some repacking at original destination that they are not aware hence causing a bit of nervous when they told us they couldn't find it.

“Quick and Easy International Move”
Careline was professional from start to finish. We moved ~30 boxes and some small furniture, including fragile contents from Dublin to London. Everything arrived perfectly intact, undamaged, and in working order. Customer relations was direct and communicative throughout the process, keeping us updated on dates and times available for collection and delivery. Cost was very competitive compared to both other moving companies and doing it all ourselves.

We had a really good experience with Careline. The employees that I dealt with by Email were really helpful and the people that did the removals were all really nice and very efficient. They arrived on the day / time arranged. All of our items arrived in perfect condition and they wrapped some items in blankets etc. where they felt that more protection was required. Careline were the cheapest quote that we received and it was definitely value for money.

What is your top advice for your customers?
We all know that moving is an exceptionally stressful thing to do. So our two best pieces of advice are: 1. Plan your move well in advance of when you are actually moving - give yourself plenty of time. 2. Get an experienced company to come in, carry out a survey of your effects and discuss a move plan with you so you know everything is covered.
