Reviews
“Bad subcontractors”
Pick up was 5 hours late. After being told about a height restriction on delivery drop off (I informed them 6 times !) a vehicle far too high was brought twice and we had to carry everything by hand to the storage unit. The most expensive item of the move was lost and never found. Apart from that , they are a friendly company and good value. They don't seem to subcontract to reliable people.
“Excellent”
Shipping from Ireland,Dublin to Kos island, Greece was smooth and fairly fast considering the situation (pandemic and quarantine). Great communication. Would have loved to be able to track the shipment tho. Other than that-very pleased with the shipping.
“My move to Düsseldorf from Germany”
Everything went to plan on the day of the move. Brian Aspin kept me up to date with the delivery ETA. My effects arrived within 6 days at the weekend when I was at home as advised. All in all excellent service at a very reasonable price.
“Aspin were efficient and professional”
The move from Dublin to Berlin was easy and handled very professionally at both ends. The move happened very quickly also: pick up on a Wednesday in Dublin and delivered on the Saturday in Berlin. Great experience for me!

“Loading was good, delivery not. Items damaged.”
Pre-sale was great with Neil Lloyd, he was always helpful and attentive. In the collection things went well also with 3 men from another company called Prolink. Our stuff were put in a small truck, but with space enough for everything. Until that moment it was fine, they seemed careful, the truck had a lift, they had blankets and proper equipment and trolleys. Problem started to happen in the delivery done by company Ticon Consult. Our effects were squeezed in a much smaller normal van without lift. They had no trolleys either and in just 2 men, with one of them only unloading/moving things in the van (when not smoking). Result: we had to help and do half of their work. None of our bigger stuff were covered by blankets as agreed. To be fair, I can't say if the problem started with Ticon or before when they moved things from a truck to another, or in the collection. Many of our items had scratches and few things were broken, but Aspin offered us an small rebate, which was ok.
