Efficient but slightly expensive

Chantelle was very proactive and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She quickly responded to any questions I had and made adjustments accordingly. The team were super kind and helpful during the move, made the whole moving experience incredibly smooth. I truly appreciate everything from Green Owl and would highly recommend to anyone for their next move.

I was a bit disappointed with these guys. Green owl charged us 100 euro more than the competition quotes we received. For the additional amount I thought we were booking some helpful flexible movers. However when the mover arrived he said he was only taking exact items on the description list (12 boxes) and would not take an additional 4 small boxes, despite the van being less than half full and no other stop on route. I had everything original packed in 12 larger boxes which matched original order, however I was trying to be helpful thinking be easier for movers to lift the smaller boxes. Apparently the size of the box be it the size of your hand or the size of a car is irrelevant. "12 boxes is 12 boxes" It would have taken them about 3 additional minutes to load and unload the additional boxes. I guess they were looking for a bribe or something :(

Green Owl is great. All my items arrived safely. And the price is affordable.

Two people seemed too few for the task. The two men were very good. Handwritten records seems inefficient & carbon copy not great. Expected digital record.
